Southeast Collision Analysis, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1990 by Julian R. "Bucky" Beaver.  Mr. Beaver was a Georgia State Patrol First Sergeant and Post Commander with 16 years experience when he left the  department to form Southeast Collision Analysis. In the course of his education,  he has received more than twenty two hundred hours of training in the field  of motor vehicle accident reconstruction.  He has numerous certifications,  honors, awards, and is certified by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic  Accident Reconstruction. Mr. Beaver has testified in cases as far north as Connecticut and as far west as Louisiana in local, state, and federal courts.

Southeast Collision Analysis consists of a highly qualified, specially trained staff.  Our staff of reconstructionists are fully  accredited by the Accreditation Committee for Traffic Accident Reconstruction. Our reconstructionists have, as a solid basis for their analysis, many years of practical experience acquired through their law enforcement careers.  Each member of our staff attends a number of training courses each year to ensure that Southeast Collision Analysis remains on the cutting edge of the field.
